  My wife and I have worked together with Danielle over many years. She helped us sell our house in 2000 and purchase a different one, also in 2000. We again worked with Danielle in 2004 to sell that house due to a job relocation to the Seattle area. Then, after 17 years , the first (and only realtor) I called when returning to the San Diego area was Danielle. She helped me find the perfect house – sending me listings tailored to my interests. Three in-person house visits later, she helped me write a strong offer that the sellers accepted in preference to their multiple other offers.   We recently moved from Chicago to San Diego. We were drawn to the Del Sur neighborhood because of its excellent schools and family focused community feel but didn’t know anyone.   Danielle is the QUEEN of real estate in my book! We initially met her at an open house in Olivenhain and immediately knew she was the realtor we were looking for. She is a wealth of knowledge on both sides of the transaction and isn't afraid to get creative to get deals done! Danielle recently helped us buy new construction in the Del Sur/Rancho Santa Fe area and sell our home in 4S Ranch. With a few Danielle pointers, we were able to sell our home with multiple offers in only 2 weeks, got way over what any home had ever sold for in our neighborhood, and got a 4 month lease back until our new home was finished! On the buying side, she knew things to ask and look for that we would have never known. For instance, she recommended a private home inspection (even though it was new construction). The inspector found multiple issues that had to be fixed including a 2 week project reframing a 3 panel window in the master bath!!
