      For RSF this branch is completely run down & shabby, and CONSISTENTLY UNDERSTAFFED. Long wait times and poor assistance. Avoid if possible.

      The employees at this location are very friendly and efficient. Every time I go there they greet me as I come in, they all call me by my name. I’ve never had an issue with them. Props to Sam, Cristina, Adam, Norma, Rachel, Sarah and Brittany, you guys are awesome. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

      This Branch has the best Customer Service. I love working with the Manager. I have followed him through multiple moves and will drive the extra 10 miles to deal with him and his staff when needed.

      Telephone access SUCKS . . I have a small branch in the little village where I live and the ONLY number listed is an '800' one. It does NOT take you to that branch and it takes a LONG time, negotiating around to even speak to a human. And HE couldn't answer the question, because he is NOT here !!
