  Pacific Service Credit Union in San Francisco has always been fast, efficient and honest bank to do business. Rona and Jenny are my goto bank employees whenever I have a question or to open an account. I strongly hope that this branch will find a new home in Daly City, South San Francisco or San Bruno. My fellow members and I do not want to travel to the East Bay to conduct our business. Thank you, David

  I love how well this CU get things done. I’ve used them multiple times for vehicles without a hitch. The website didn’t work smoothly to do transactions and the app seems to need work. It’s the only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars.

  I asked Lulu to help me with an auto loan and she was so efficient and so helpful in getting back to me and getting all my paperwork and application process a breeze. She not only worked with my loan but also asked if I wanted to increase my credit amount. I agreed and she got all that approved and now with my credit limit increase, I’m able to use my credit card and continue building my credit. Thank you to the Loans team for doing a thorough check and for approving my loan. I love working with you guys!

  The tellers are all business, except on Halloween when they dress up. Their ATM machine does not always work well. They cater mostly to PG&E employees and the surrounding local businesses. On par with Patelco but a smaller organization. Their website is a bit clunky, i.e. does not allow me to do a credit application online. Otherwise, not a bad place to bank. Better than Wells or BofA, but what credit union isn't?

  Three mistakes in my first two weeks? Departments continually not communicating to each other to my detriment? Apologies apologies apologies but yet more mistakes? And nothing fixed? Why should I trust you with my money? Add to that both a really crappy mobile app and being unable to access mobile check deposit (which they conveniently brushed over when I pointedly asked when I signed up). I really wanted to drop the bank thing and go with a credit union, but with this level of incompetence and a seemingly inherent inability to modernize, no thank you. Too bad.
