  I use to love this credit Union until they upgraded their online banking. Now when I try to link my account to a third party app using plaid or decislogic, Pacific unable to send the data over to validate that I have an active account. I have called several times about this issue and it seems to be that they point the finger at plaid and decisilogic. These companies have stated that the issue is with Pacific. There is no resolution to this problem that has been going on since APRIL. That is 3 months now. I’m ready to shut my account down and go elsewhere because I am Not getting a resolution and receiving the run around.

  I came into PSCU take care of a check deposit, Celia was friendly and professional, she explained everything thing I completed and gave me options online. I been with PSCU since 1993. Thank you for always taking care on me!!

  Revision (see previous better rating below) : Pacific Service Credit Union has some real customer service problems. The problems seem to be centered around their phone coverage and app/online log in services. The people (it took me over 45 minutes on hold to get a live person) are generally helpful (I finally ended up with a lady who said her company partners with the credit union but she refused to identify what company that was? She said they help out with heavy call volume??? When I call the credit union and give out my information, I would like for it to be with their staff only,,, The lady refused to identify herself and ended up slamming me back on hold and then 10 minutes later the line went dead,,,, over 1 hour wasted??? The app has locked out my wife and I more than a couple of times and I see a lot of reviews that have similar complaints as mine. (Previous Review) Pacific Service is the BEST credit union out there. Randy carefully took our information and came up with an amazing vehicle refinance and a debt consolidation loan that is saving us hundreds of $$$ each month. And now we have just one place to pay instead of sending our payments all over the place each month. Their rates are super low, but I really appreciated that Randy took the time to really look at our individual situation and planned out an imaginative approach for us to manage our incomes. You can compare my review of Patelco Credit Union to see how different our experiences were with these two lenders. Spoiler alert,,, there is no comparison,,, Pacific Service Credit Union dominates and we are wildly happy customers because of that.

  It is a pleasure working with PSCU. I highly recommend using this credit union. Their process is simple and easy. The rates are great.

  I loved opening my new account at PSCU! Viviana Navarrete was wonderful. Very helpful, friendly and professional. I’m refinancing my car at HALF my current rate! PSCU is saving me a lot of money every month-

  Viviana Navarrete is the best at what she does. She went out of her way to assist myself and my family. Also, explained the benefits of a credit union and was very patient with all my questions. She is in the Concord Location and also speaks Spanish. Don’t hesitate to call her for your banking needs you won’t regret it.

  I was a third generation customer of Pacific Service Credit Union, beginning with my grandfather who retired from PG&E after 37 years. Pacific Service Credit Union has made money as a result of our long relationship, but when I needed them they dumped me in a public and embarrassing way. I was forced into bankruptcy due to the actions of a con man posing as a contractor. Despite my long relationship with Pacific Service Credit Union they dumped my publicly at the Clayton Road Branch over $10K, instead of working with me to rebuild. Granted, they don’t have to work with me, but when I was forced into bankruptcy protection I had an 815 Credit Score and they had made money from my business through car loans, credit cards and other relationships. I was shocked and embarrassed. Thank you Pacific Service Credit Union for making my already bad situation even worse!

  The Branch Manager - Viviana, has helped me quite a few times. Everyone at the PSCU Concord Branch are very courteous and helpful.

  I have not been able to log into my account for over a week now. This is getting ridiculous. I have never struggled with any other business or brand's login as much as I have with PCSU. You are holding OPM, they need to be able to at least look at it! Fix your login, both on your website and your app
