  07/04/2022 Update: This Bank continues to get worse and worse by the month, now their ATM machines are no longer dispensing money more than half the time. Today in downtown Bank, all three ATMs are unable to dispense money with one of them being completely broken. This is disgraceful for a major Bank in downtown. I didn't think my opinion of this Bank could get any lower and yet it continues to fall, at this point I blame myself for sticking with this disaster of a bank for this long. I have to get away from this so-called "Bank" 🤦🏼‍♂️ Extremely long lines in this branch while other locations are closed even though they say open online. Definitely switching banks in the near future.

  Parking is an issue but, not something they can control I suppose… other than that… why does it feel as if I’m walking in to get questioned at times? I mean it’s the bank but, employees could smile every now and again.

  I needed to cash a check from my insurance. I was told no because it was over the limit and I am not a member. Thanks. For nothing.

  Run by internship staffs, lack of knowledge of banking and handling of system software, I had spent 40 minutes waiting and went another branch to just deposit some cash in a business account.

  Wonderful staff here who cares about their customers’ safety. There is a security guard outside who will let customers know if they can come in. Capacity indoors for this location is 12 customers. ATMs are open and they also have limited capacity. Social distancing and masks are enforced. Service was quick and everyone is friendly here. Ample parking outside as well!

  They closed at 4 on a Wednesday (4/7/21) What the hell is up with that!! I had 2 different people tell me at 2 different times, more than 6 months away from each other, that I have my account setup for overdraft protection. Yet my account wasn't and they charged me!! They charge you if you don't have a certain minimum in your account, in general. I hate this bank!!

  atm machines were open at 8am a women come and closed the door in my face no eye contact I knock the window to know why she was extremely rude I work in costumer service I know what she did .since theres no option leave atm are open ist the best costumer representative .

  This bank sucks just drive to two banks and both are closed with no updated business hours no result for customers time
