  Ali is EXCELLENT!! He truly went above and beyond for us. We would not have been able to qualify for a home loan without his help. He jumped through several hurdles in order to get us a loan. I would recommend anyone to him!! He knows what he is doing and knows how to get the job done. So grateful to him and all his help!

  This was my first time working with Ali from Bay Equity. I have been working with different lenders before and Ali is one of the best. He is very detailed and always the best for his client. My loan was not an easy, but he closed on time. I will recommend him to all my friends in the future.

  My realtor referred me to Bay Equity to hasten the closing of my house. Ali was efficient, polite, and quick to respond to calls and emails. He let me know when I needed to fill out forms and was clear and concise throughout the whole process. The rate he offered was the same rate offered by BofA and Better, but without paying thousands of dollars in points. I highly recommend if you want a fast and trustworthy lender.

  Ali is great to work with. He works very hard to ensure the loan succeeds, by being transparent about the process and working with me to make sure I can get the documents that I need. He is always willing to answer questions and provides good detail. Buying a house is stressful, so it's great to work with someone that is friendly and you trust will work for you.

  One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I reached out to Ali November 2020 for a refinance. I explained to him my situation and he said it would be no problem and can help. I submitted all the paperwork he asked for within 24 hours. No response for a few days and finally get a reply saying it's processesing. Days go by then weeks and would occasionally follow up. I submit more paperwork to them and get employee verification done. Mind you it's about January 2021 now. I text, call, email and no replies from him or his team. When I do get a reply, it's either he's not in the office, on a flight ( got that response about 5 times), having dinner, walking to an appointment; pretty much every excuse you can think of. May 2021 comes along and out of the blue, I get a loan number and Ali's team is asking my insurance to switch the loan to Bay Equity, mind you I never seen a loan estimate sheet or signed any paperwork work. Oh and during this time from November 2020 to May 2021, they pulled out 3, yes, 3 payouts from my current lender which was $120 ( to this day, have not been reimbursed). Flash forward to today, October 2021 and get a letter in the mail saying my loan was denied because of an incomplete application. What? How??? I've sent everything he asked for and was never communicated to me that anything was missing. Ali or his team still won't answer my calls, emails or text messages. Think twice about working with Ali Ghaziani, or his team Lisa Justice, Jeanette Rhea, they'll say they can help but won't and make you lose out on current rates and most importantly your time and with me, money

  I have spoken to several loan officers over the years and none compare to Ali. Ali gives you the confidence that you can buy your true dream home. If you don’t qualify for the home, he will be honest in what your expectations should be, and what you need to do to make it a reality. Many loan officers give you unrealistic hope. Ali doesn’t just look at what your credit is, but what it could be. In my case, in order to reach a certain amount he said I would have to sell my truck (gladly didn’t end up having to, but it really helps to know it was possible and what I needed to do to get it). I have always been told “this is your limit” and never coached on different ways to raise that limit. I could go on all day about what doors Ali literally opened for us. Make the call to Bay Equity Home Loans, you won’t be disappointed.

  Ali and team are extremely friendly, helpful and very quick in responding to all my questions throughout the entire process. I didn’t think it was possible to buy a home because of my credit history but Ali helped me come up with a game plan to bring up my points in a couple of months.
