  I love dealing with the staff at the Cambria, California branch. They are very helpful and go out of their way to assist with any issues. I also called their main customer service line and was helped out by a very helpful young lady. They have my vote for best bank in the state.

  If you want to break a large bill (or even a small one), you're out of luck unless you open an account. I've never seen such a thing from a US based bank. This local bank has few branches and it makes non sense to open an account to get some smaller bills so that I can shop here in town.

  I have been a customer of Pacific Premier for 20 years. I opened my bank account when they were Heritage Oaks Bank. I have stayed with them because I feel like I am part of the family…. Everybody knows my name… Recently I requested a Business line of credit. Carrie walked me thru the whole process. She even filled out my forms so the writing would be nice and neat. Within a week my loan was approved for even more than I hoped for. Carrie was lovely and fun to work with at Pacific Premier Bank. I’m Marty with the parrot Kiwi on my shoulder.. Not just an account #..

I am truly convinced that Pacific Premier Bank - Cambria Branch is one I would not trade for any other bank. I have been working with them for over two years now and I can say that not only are there services top notch, but their staff is one of a kind.   This bank has been going downhill . With the conversion and the loss of Stephanie George it is hard to get any banking done. Stephanie knew the community, each member of the bank, and their individual needs. I could walk in the door and know that Stephanie would be able to help and get the job done no matter how unusual the request. I enjoyed banking there because of the truly personal, small town feel. Now I am unable to accomplish the simplest banking without jumping through hoops. Our small town bank is gone. If you like dealing with bureaucracy then this is the bank for you!

  Nice Bank and Great Customer Service. But Overdraft Protection doesn't work. So watch out and end up broke. They'll take it all. Even though your account should never overdraft..

  I see that others have had problems with the transition from Heritage Oaks Bank. I found that if you hang in there the staff is very helpful in getting things set up. I am very happy with the service. The tellers know me by name and are pleasant and very efficient.

  Worst bank I ever have seen. First off they switched from heritageoaksbank to pacificpremierbank locked up my online banking without zero notice, and supposedly it would be back open three days later, after the three days I did everything I was suppose todo put my password I've used a hundred times and tells me it's incorrect. So then I call the actual bank to find out what's going on and the directory just kept sending me back to the main menu. I couldn't get ahold of anyone. So after a week I still can't get onto my online banking. The most unprofessional bank in the world.

  The Cambria Pacific Premier bank customer service is great: cheerful, helpful, friendly people. Pacific Premier's online personal banking is not so hot however.
