  Pacific Premier Bank is the most helpful and professional bank I have ever dealt with. Their staff always replies and responds to our questions in a timely manner. Their Operations Manager, Maria Sanchez goes out of her way to help us each and every time. There are no words to describe the level of expertise you experience when you bank with Pacific Premier Bank. I recommend them to everyone.

  We use Pacific Premier bank for business services for our medical clinic. The team is always very available and incredibly helpful whenever we need to get in touch! They are also always proactive in helping us manage and streamline our accounts and processes.   I have been using pacific premier bank for many many years as with my family. They are all the best there hands on service is always amazing and they always want to make things easier for there customers. Maria and Lorenz and the hole staff there really makes there customers feel like home.

  After more than three decades in business in NY and LA, PPBI has been, BY FAR, the best, most personalized and satisfying banking experience in my career. I have been a customer for almost 9 years and while I've seen team members come and go each and every one I worked with was a complete joy - whether in the Brentwood location or when on the road for travel and needing fast turnarounds. I've had banking relationships with the big/majors and this beats all of them. Whether you are a small business or entrepreneur starting out (9 years ago I was a seed-funded startup) or a full-fledged corporate client as I am now I can't recommend this bank and this branch in particular enough.

  Having Premier Bank, as our primary financial institution is a pleasure to be in business with. They truly elevate their customer service experience on a daily basis and most importantly when unexpected situations have arisen. Unfortunately, our company has been a recent target of attempted fraud/hacking; we have been so fortunate to have María Sanchez (Branch Manager) and her Team on our side as she has been in complete control and in constant communication with us. Maria immediately took actions by blocking/processing stop payments to any and all unauthorized transactions presented. This provided all parties involved a peace of mind and a sense of security knowing that Premier Bank truly has our best financial interest at heart.

  We love the staff and customer service at Pacific Premier Bank. They truly know how to treat their customers. They respond quick to emails, they follow up to make sure issues are resolved, they are never rude and everyone is very pleasure to talk to. The online do it your self service is easy to use. It is secure but user-friendly. Every level of this bank displays professional and courteous customer service. I highly recommend this bank as your business or personal bank.
