      Parking lot attendant makes it obscenely difficult to take out cash. Really weird. There are plenty of alternative banks in Santa Monica that don't make a federal case out of parking your car. #cleanitup #shame!

      Great location there's always parking I never have to wait very long. This is just a great bank much better than the experience I had a Comerica. I also absolutely love my banker Marie Thorne. Thus far I've had a great experience and my favorite part really is my banker she's amazing.

      Alfredo Alvarez at the branch is the man! Super professional, very helpful, extremely intelligent--after the first time I met with him, he remembered me by name when I would call and the details of everything he last helped me with. Highly recommend him.
