  I have been working with Maxim Commercial Capital LLC for 5 years now. Although we haven't done many deals together this is the top place for Subprime Approvals! If the buyer needs financing with challenged credit and money down then send them to Maxim. Get fast approvals but need many items for documentation and funding. Must have everything in order to fund it may take a few days so be clear with the customer about insurance and funding. Yes, fees and rate are extreme but if you need a deal quick MCC is the way to go!

  had a loan for 18 months, sold truck and paid off. everything has gone smoothly. would do business with again if needed. only thing i would recommend is may make things easier to make contact, sometimes hard to reach. but all and all good folks to work with.

  Maxim Commercial has help my business grow. I value their business practices and they know how to do with small business owners. They have top notch service and can handle any situation. They also help retrieve a stolen truck that I financed. 5 stars!!! I was in complete shock once I found out my truck was stolen. San Jose Police was really no help !   We at Perry Funding LLC have been working with the folks at Maxim Commercial Credit for quite a while. They have been our "go to" funding source for equipment leasing for bruised and challenged credit customers for nearly 5 years. During that time I have seen them help hundreds of owner operators with credit issues or with no experience have a first, second or third chance at the American Dream of being self-employed in business. Maxim's systems and processes are highly organized, predictable and professional from approval to funding. Their staff is awesome and their Docs and Funding Manager, Jay Cristobel, is the most patient, responsive and detail-oriented Miracle Man you will likely ever meet in this business. He has been a true pleasure to work with in the 4 or so years we have known him. I hope he does not retire before I do! I have had significant contact through the years with a couple of members of the management/ownership of Maxim and I can honestly say that they exemplify the highest of business ethics, fair play and empathy that I could ever ask for of business contemporaries. I am proud to know them.
