      I have been coming to this bank since my other location closed about a year ago. This branch has been very helpful in getting me extra things our business has needed and is always friendly and knows be my name. Very good branch, I would recommend to others.

      Absolute worst experience at this branch! The teller I was forced to go to, was completely incompetent. She speaks with a child-like voice-very unprofessional. In obtaining a cashier’s check, she had spelling errors - when all the information was there for her. This teller is careless of your busy schedule and moves at her own extremely slow pace. There’s another person I was working with as well, not at this branch but in Orange County. Promising things he couldn’t deliver. The list goes on.. I finally had enough, and closed my account. NEVER again. 2nd worse bank to use.. Comerica being the 1st.
