  As a first time homebuyer, during a pandemic at that, can be quite uncertain and anxious process. But Emily got your back and not only she took care of the paperwork on your behalf, she always looked out for the best rates and she always had time to answer any questions you threw at her. She was always available and was always setting eyes to get the ball moving to close of your escrow. Could not have found any better person to take care of my package.   Emily Ha was exactly what we needed because we had no idea what we were doing...So she started from the beginning and walked us through everything. She answered all of questions and confirmed anything she didn't know immediately, within an hour or two. She got us a great loan, an excellent interest rate and made sure we were happy the entire time. She even sent us a Xmas gift!   Emily is simply the best! Was looking to purchase our first home and reached out to Emily for help, best decision we’ve ever made! Easy to communicate and get a hold of, with both our work schedule, it is not always easy to talk throughout the day but Emily took time out of her normal work hours to call and went through each document and explained each step with us to make sure the transaction went through smoothly!   It was a blessing for us to work with Emily along the way of getting our house. She was precise in assisting us and making sure we were aware of things that needed to get taken care of. We ran into a few hiccups along the way but Emily was right there with us and guided us along the way and eventually helped us get approval for what we needed to get the house our family wanted! She was professional and very open and transparent in all her communication with us. I would definitely recommend her or work with her again myself in the future if we shall look to buy another property.

  This was the easiest smoothest mortgage refinance transaction ever!! Emily Ha is super knowledgeable and trustworthy, I had reached out to Emily 6 mos prior to when we actually refinanced and she advised me against it, she said it didn’t make sense for me at that time. She actually kept watching the trends and when the rate was low enough to actually save me some real money she reached out and we moved forward. She was very thorough and prompt on responding to any questions I had. I felt very comfortable and was kept in the loop through out the entire process.   I recently worked with Emily for my mortgage refinance from 30 to 15 years. She was absolutely the best to work wIth. Everything was communicated timely and the process was seamless.
