  I had a great experience with the person that helped me. Gerardo. He was really courteous and professional at his job. I was a customer at ace cash express but I will now be a customer of advance america. Great customer service and very nice and energetic.

  Have mostly done business with the other payday companies like check n go, ace cash express and check into cash but i will no longer be using them simply due to the fact that they're customer service isn't all that good. Each time i go in to take out a loan i feel as i am just another person. The customer experience and attention that each person received from the manager is as professional and honest as it gets. I had a great experience, very friendly, social and high energy staff!
