Not only did they move my refi along as quickly as possible but they did everything in their power to get me the best refi terms possible.   My experience with Pacific Mortgage has been amazing. The first person I spoke with was so kind and informative-he led me to Jamie who was equally kind and informative. I did not feel pressured in anyway and someone always was available to answer my questions. I have refinanced more times than I would like to admit, and this was by far the easiest and fastest process.

  I did my original mortgage, and then I refinanced with Pacific Mortgage 3 times, and in every single instance, everything went very smooth and worry-free. They are very responsive, and communication was consistent and thorough. Raeda and her staff are very accomodating, and they make sure I have all the available options in front of me before I made a decision. They also took their time to make sure I understand everything before I sign. A couple of times, I had a concern, but Raeda took care of it right away before we closed. Overall, the services provided were personal and tailor-fit for me. I would very highly recommend Pacific Mortgage to everyone, I have been very happy with them and will always go to them for any mortgage/refinancing needs.
