  I applied for a basic credit card and an emergency covid relief loan over 6 months ago and even had to bring in the same paperwork more than once only to still not have any of my needs met. I went to two different branches and still got the same nonsense. I should have picked a better bank to open a new a account.

  As a new customer, I was hopeful as I had heard goo things about Altura. They have proved me wrong. I applied for a personal loan and the Altura agent has made this more difficult and frustrating that it should be. I have yet to hear from him in 7 days and have reached out three times since then. I cannot even get a simple response as to if the loan is approved, denied or if additional information is needed.

  I enjoy the small-town, "homey" environment, where you can often bump into people you know. The tellers and bank officers are exceptionally friendly and I have gotten to know several by first name. Everyone is highly personable and they treat customers with respect. They value their time. Service is quick and efficient and presented with a smile! We've taken out 3 car loans with them at very favorable rates. I hope the local community continues to support them by depositing more money into Altura accounts and considering them for future loans.

  I came in on Friday afternoon and Amanda Van Alstine, financial services rep assisted me with all the different services I needed. She was very polite, helpful, and patient with me😀 I give her 5 stars ⭐️ for her excellent service 👍🏼 Also Tania from the loan department was ver nice and helpful 👍🏼 Thanks girls 🤗

  Good place,people there really helpful. No attitude ,no hidden talk,straight forward. When I didn’t use my account they closed automatically so they don’t owe charging me over and over thank you Altura.

  This location has a coin counter. If you have an account there is no fee and the money automatically gets deposited in your account. If you aren't a member there is an 8% fee.
