      Broken record of lies and promises not kept. No accountability and absolutely no remorse for dragging 4 different families through the mud. I've dealt with hundreds of deals and lenders, this is the WORST experience ever seen Customer's have to go through. Deplorable. Not how typical business should be handled, don't walk- RUN the other direction.

      Awful awful awful. This Adrian and his brother Andrew are the MOST UNPROFFESIONAL people I have worked with...LIED TO ME AND MY FAMILY. NEVER RESPONDED . TOOK ALL MY INFORMATION AND GHOSTED ME. I HAVE ALL THEY CONTACT INFO AND NO RESPONSE.

      Working along side with Pacific Lending to purchase our beautiful home was a great experience. At first we were skeptical because we a had a bad experience with our previous lender so we were hesitant when Paul, our lender, spoke with us. He was honest from the get go about the rough ride we were going to have, but with all his hard work and the work of his team we were able to find something that accommodated our requests. He was there every step of the way and no matter how late it was or if it was his day off he always responded and reassured us. There was some hiccups along the way because our case was a lil more difficult than others which took a lil more time to get approved, but he made it happen. Thank you Paul Aguilar and Pacific Lending for making our dream become reality. We can't wait to work with you again when we purchase our next home or if we refinance.
