  Noah and Brian (and Raine too) are wonderful people to work with. Excellent, Excellent, Amazing customer service - always prompt, always eager to respond, always striving to resolve any issue amicably - just plain and exemplary professionals. This is my 4th refinance with Brian/Noah and PCHLR and all 4 times have been a phenomenally easeful experience. They always kept me updated via texts and phone calls, every step of the way. They also alert you when the interest rates drop which is how I refinanced again within 7 months. I only have good and wonderful things to say about Brian/Noah/Raine/PCHLR. You cannot go wrong with them. I would continue to recommend Brian/Noah/PCHLR to all my friends.

  Noah and his assistant Brian were integral in getting me the best rate, and ensuring we closed escrow on time. We could not have done it without them. They genuinely care, and are extremely motivated, fast, and efficient workers who take care of all your needs. I would recommend them the most if you're seriously considering purchasing a home.

  I was referred to Noah via a business contact. Truly Amazing & Responsive Service! Noah & Brian were so courteous in helping me to understand the refinancing process. They made everything "painless" and we were approved very quickly! I will never fund through a bank again. Will contact them for all my refinancing needs in the future and/or new home purchases!!!!   Noah is fabulous to work with when refinancing a mortgage. He is on top of his game and is able to obtain the best loan with the lowest cost/apr/rate for his client. He cares for his client and does not skimp on the details. The process is simple and quick. I have referred at least 6 clients to him who would each say the same thing. Noah is the best!

  I had very bad experience working with Noah. I did mortgage with him back in 2015. Within year he reached out to me for refinance with no cost. But his lander did appraisal of house it gave very low price which is far from Zillow and Redfin estimate. So I can’t refinance and he charged me appraisal fee and credit run. It’s was around $550. When I asked for money back as per agreement with no fee he supposed to return me money back but he just laugh and hang the phone. Fast forward he reached out to me again while rate went low this year . He agree with no fee. So I sent document and filled up application. After all this he asked me again my credit card #. Why he need that if it’s no fee transaction. Also he was giving me rate 3.25% while with other broker I was getting 3.15%. I will never recommending him. Edit : I am writing with respect to response I get from my review . I didn’t reach out to you this year. You were sending email to me. I have email record your want me publish here ?
