  I enlisted Colin to arrange financing for my new $3.6Mil office building and warehouse where I run my business. He was able to get me a great long-term fixed rate and even got some of the fees waived. My financials and credit didn't show great and I'm admittedly not the easiest guy to work with. But Colin did great work, was always responsive and went to bat for me on every little item. Best referral I ever got and worth every penny
