  Best banking experience I have ever received! I, as well as my family have been members for many years and have had no issues. The tellers are always extremely helpful and curious of my and my families needs. The branch manager, Tonya is always helpful and is willing to go above and beyond when dealing with the numerous loans we have had through out the years! I love my Piedmont branch

  If you are looking for a financial institution in the Wayne County area, this credit union is your best option. Their staff is terrific and always willing to help or go above and beyond to help anyway they can in order to make banking as stress free as possible. They always make you feel welcome when you walk in the door. Customer service is a top priority for the staff at the Piedmont branch, they are an asset to Piedmont and the surrounding areas.

  Great service and friendly staff. By far the best experience from any bank I've dealt with. The ladies in the Piedmont branch are always so helpful and pleasant anytime you call or come in; especially Jaime!!!

  Always a fantastic experience in the Piedmont Branch! The ladies are all amazing in there and help me and I feel super comfortable, Robin is very sweet and takes care of me the most! They really know how to make a nice environment!
