      This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They took two weeks to go over my charges that were not mine. And then determined that they weren’t fraud. I’m sorry what? They have a very we’re in charge attitude. Not what you want when you have a lot of money in their bank. They are supposed to work for you

      Every time I go into this location, or drive thru I’m always greeted with smiles, and how can we help you! There response is always quick to meet my needs. I started banking here in the 70’s, a bank you can trust.

      I've had wonderful customer service here every time that I have visited. Their mobile banking app certainly leaves something to be desired, but it's a quality bank and their Show-Me Checking program is the highest interest checking account in the area.

      Absolutely HORRIBLE banking experience! Confronted the Vice President Kyle Purdome about one of his employee nasty attitude and his response was to put my money in a different bank. They have a bank teller at this location who allowed checks to be cashed that were signed by someone not on the account. This went on sporadically for over a year. When confronted about this issue then all the sudden the gear shifts to insane signature security to the point that they didn't even recognize the proper signature on the account. I honestly have NO CLUE how this bank is in business when they allow their employees to get away with this. This guy had absolutely no concern that this was happening. So if you wanna lose your life savings it's a great bank. But if you want a stand up banker with a back bone, this is not it.
