      I have attempted to bank with this company on multiple occasions and they have consistently displayed very poor customer service. I never felt like a valued customer. I felt like they didn't want to help me with the issues I had with my bank account. The general manager acted basically "well if you don't like it here then bank somewhere else" and that's exactly what I did. I will go where I feel welcomed and I most certainly never felt that way here or at any location with this business.

      I have my mom's account here and they have been nothing but wonderful with my mom. Even when she calls them up with silly questions and gives details they don't need, they are sweet and gracious.

      This is the most unwelcoming location Ive been to. I almost feel like I need to apologize for my existence when walk in. Great Southern over all is a good bank though.
