  Applied for a loan with Angela in the Mexico branch. This was one of the easiest processes I've ever experienced for a loan application. Had to open a separate account for my wife with Lisa and she was amazing to work with.Their customer service is unmatched. Having accounts here is one of the best banking experiences I've had.

  The customer service at OFCU is fantastic! I recently had a question about changing my address and the customer service representative who I spoke with, Heather Burgess, went above and beyond to help me get the correct paperwork I needed in a timely manner!

  Just completed the loan process for our very first camper purchase!! Debbie at the Mexico branch was amazing at answering all of my questions and handling my concerns. She made it easy for us to sign our documents online so we wouldn't have to miss work to stop into the branch! Maegen was great to work with as well, and helped us immensely to get started on the loan process! Highly recommend OFCU for your loan needs!! Thank you!!
