From the very start, even before I had committed to a mortgage lender, she and her team took my inquiry seriously and handled every question and concern with a sense of urgency. It was very clear to me that CMG's level of service far exceeded that of the other mortgage lenders I was looking at. Once I decided on CMG, it was very quick (and easy) to make an offer on a house and move effortlessly through the buying process. Shelley and her team let you know every document needed well in advance of deadlines. I especially appreciated the little milestone e-letters with video that would celebrate each step of the process and give me a quick overview of where I was in relation to my end goal of buying a home. I'm now the owner of my first home and I'm incredibly grateful for CMG's part in getting me there.
