  Jeff was great helping me refinance my loan and so was Maricel in Processing the loan in timely manner. After refinancing my loan their customer success team was there for me if I needed any help.   Nick and Tania helped me with the entire process of refinancing. The entire process took 2 weeks and it was quick, easy and seamless from start to finish and I even got a great rate.   I was referred by a colleague who had been referred by two other people so I decided to contact Owning. The mortgage refinancing process with Owning went really well and was a speedy process. If I had questions I received answers quickly. Overall it was a great experience!

  From start to finish, I had a grand total of 1.5 hours worth of work, including signing our docs. The guts of the process took about 2 weeks to go from docs to close. This was the easiest loan I have ever done in the history of loans. Carlos had every question of mine answered within the first hour of knowing him. Gary our processor was lightning fast and accomplished everything he said he would do on the day he said he would do it. Absolutely no fees. I lived through it but it all still seems like it never happened - but it did. Btw, Quicken loans couldnt do a loan for me and neither rocket whatever....OWNING is the way to go.

  I called Owning and spoke with Peter Suk from then he explained to me every details about refinancing my mortgage and I agreed to refinance with Owning, Peter is soft spoken and explained in details the process and he answered all my questions. there you go it went smoothly and refinance was done with the help of Ka Vang who helped with the process up to the end and she is also a very nice person to talk with. I have no hesitation to recommend the owing to my friends specially Peter Suk thank you so much.

  Very fast and easy refinance. I had a notary at my house within 10 days of locking in my rate! Exceeded my expectations in every way. I shopped around and these guys were by far the best rate.

  Both William (Loan Originator) and Laura (Loan Processor) did a fantastic job on my refinance. William was always available immediately for all my questions and went the extra mile; for example, he filled out the application for me and just had me verify / sign rather than having to print it out, scan it, email it. Laura had my back for every situation; from reaching out to the appraisal company hourly, to getting an exemption from her manager to exclude property taxes as part of the closing costs even though they are due in a month. All documents that were time sensitive were sent as sign-online. The icing on the cake was that, as advertised, they paid for all closing costs including the appraisal. My refinance took about 15 days and there were no surprises. Thank you William, Laura, and Owning!

  This is my second time refinancing with Owning. Karen Castro is amazing. I was also helped by Anna Gonzalez. They deliver what they promise. I recently completed a refinance with Owning. I called on a Sunday and was helped by Karen Castro. From start to finish, she was very communicative and took the time to address all my questions. Karen did an amazing job. I was then assigned to Shenea Nellum for loan processing. She also took care of all my needs and was very communicative throughout the process. All-in-all, the whole process took 17 days from my first call. I am very pleased with their service and the rates that they offer. Owning delivered what they promised and did so in an efficient manner.

  Super fast process. I was working with another provider for 60+ more days and I had to cancel because I wasn’t seeing any progress. I contacted Owning and witting 3 weeks everything was done!!! I recommended a friend and he loved the speed of the process and the NO CLOSING FEES!!!
