  Received an ad in the mail, then made a phone call to make an inquiry regarding a refi and spoke to Art. Great guy! He took lots of time to answer all questions and laid out my options. They offered the best interest rate in the market with the least cost. My whole loan process took approximately 2-3 weeks which is very quick. Dealt with a loan processor Janet, who was excellent! Everything they mentioned from the beginning worked out as they said. Honest and professional people from my experience. Would definitely recommend them, especially if you deal with Art and Janet.

  Don't normally write reviews but I had a great experience with Ravy and everyone at Interactive Mortgage. It was really quick and painless and the rate was almost too good to be true. Was afraid of getting scammed but these guys were a normal business.

  We just refinanced our mortgage with Interactive Mortgage/Winnpointe and had a fantastic experience. Their rates were fantastic and overall costs were reasonable. Very fast process - less than a month from first inquiry to close. Very easy working with Janet as our processor. Great experience that we would definitely do again.

  Tried to go through this company on two different occasions. Each time it was a basic rate and term refi (two different properties). Marchant and Alex both promised the moon and said there was no need for an appraisal. But as time went on and they continued to stall with various reasons to pull the file from underwriting, both came back with “the appraisal waiver has removed, we just lost over 400, you’re not the only one”. They then used the worst appraiser that used comparable properties that aren’t even similar to ours. This company promises things that they can’t deliver. Don’t waste your time. They strung along the process for 2 months. They have no idea what they are doing.

  I just refinanced my two houses with Interactive Mortgage/Winnpointe and I had a pleasant experience. They gave me compatible rate and they close the loan in three weeks from the date I called them, and the loan was no cost loan. Communicate with the processor Abbie and loan officer Choan was easy and they was very responsive, and they keep their promise. Over all it was good experience, and I will definitely work with them again.

  I just refinanced my house June 1, 2020, & it was an extremely easy experience working with Art Mack at Interactive Mortgage. He was always available to answer my questions & ensured that everything went smoothly. I live in the SF bay area & I wasn’t sure this could all be done remotely. Even with the shelter in place, my loan was completed in a month. I’m referring all my friends to Art Mack.

  First, the 4 stars are good. Perfection is tough, especially in the mortgage business. That said, my experience with this company, specifically Brooks Lamb, was a very good one. I had received a flyer in the mail and called just to see what they had to say (I was in the process of refi and trying to shop around). Brooks was very pleasant and knowledgeable and believe it or not HONEST! This is very hard to find in the banking/mortgage industry. Additionally, Brooks was not pushy and I feel he really tried to get me the best loan he and his company could. When I had called I was already in the process of having an appraisal on my home and Brooks explained his company would cover the appraisal cost and said he could beat any loan the other company I was working with could offer. So I continued forward with both companies and at the end of the day, Brooks and Interactive Mortgage did provide the best loan. As someone who has gone through the refinance process twice and my initial purchase of my home (3 different mortgage companies) I can honestly say, this was the smoothest of them all. Highly recommended and do yourself a favor and ask for Brooks!

  My Dad and I have been trying to reach Justin Burt for two weeks now. We’ve called the main Interactive Mortgage number and honestly your customer service is pretty bad. You’ve already ran my credit so that’s why we’re still working with you. Otherwise, we would’ve moved on to another company already. This is horrible service. The guy who answered the main line was rude and moody. Needs an attitude check.

  They have continued sending me unsolicited and scammy refinance ads even though I used the DMAchoice.com service to make them stop. Their rates are not competitive and their mailings are dishonest in that they pretend to be from my lender “Re: [my bank’s name] Conventional Loan Rate and Payment Information” - they include a required disclosure hat they’re not actually my bank but this crumby solicitation keeps coming. I usually just recycle these maulers, but I went out of my way to stop this bank from soliciting me and they just won’t stop.
