  Beware; Military Families! Legal Shark Company. I found out, after the fact how they will continue adding money onto your loan balance. I opened my account in 2019. I borrowed $7,284. Today, in 2022 my balance pay off is around $7,244. We are a military family, that is being taken advantage of because we didn’t read the fine little print. Our interest rate is now 17.50%. I signed up when it was lower. Charges like this plus, legal fees. Goes on & On.

  Once we contacted Ovation , they took it from there. They were extremely attentive to any questions we might have had. A very professional group! They even have the notary come to you. After that they took care of everything. I would definitely use them again.

  The process was fast and easy. They always answered all my questions with patience ;even after my taxes were paid, they helped me understand the process. It was a smooth ride with Ovation all the way through. I love these people they're awesome.

  Responsive to get your business. However, not much communication after they earned your business. Had to call them and once I got a live person she was very helpful.
