  The people working here have always gone above and beyond to help us. Some time are frustrating when accounts are locked all of a sudden but those have been resolved quickly. Angela has been wonderful and helpful every step of the way for us.

  i have had the same issue as bailey antonson. I made my bank account with occu in march and used cashapp with my debit card until july 23rd, when it suddenly stopped working. i depend on cash app a lot , so this really made me change my feelings about this bank. really unfortunate. looking for other banks.

  Hello Kassidy! The credit union is looking into a resolution to this issue. We do not have a direct vendor connection to the CashApp so if there have been changes to the app it was from that company not the credit union. We have reached out to the CashApp support center to see what changed and how we can better serve our membership. Thanks for your input!   They’re thieves do not open an account with them they have extremely bad service and then when you want to cut ties with them they hold your money for hostage for 6 months or they’ll charge you a fee to close your account by far the worst financial institution I’ve ever been a member of go to TwinStarCU way better account perks and they’re customer service is great

  This Credit Union is outstanding they've gone above and beyond for my family to explain credit,credit cards,mortgage the tellers are always phenomenal each and every time we go in there the best part if they don't have an answer to a question they find someone who does without guessing I cannot say enough good things about this Credit Union.

  i bank here and im switching bc it doesnt support cashapp. switched up on me out of the blue. i have $15 i cant cash out!

  Hey Bailey! We totally get that changes like that can be a bummer. Unfortunately, I think you may have us mixed up with a different financial institution. CashApp isn't a vendor or product that Our Community Credit Union in Washington uses, but from doing some research it looks like a great product!   Not enough Saturday hours. I have to drive a distance to a branch that is open on Saturday and what makes it worse, there is no available phone tellers. This makes it sooo inconvient when I have a problem.
