  This company needs to fire their software person and hire a new one. Website or app don't work! This company might also consider getting a new president!!

  Still not worth doing business here. I came years back to open a bank account and try it out. To open it's $25, that's all I out in there because I already didn't trust them. Three months later I still hadn't received my debit card, after many calls of course there reasoning now was because they feared it to be used for fraud. So I closed the account, costing me the $25. Present day still come to do business here but still annoyed by how unprofessional they are. I call ahead to schedule with notary, they say I don't need an appointment, that's great, but when I show up and wait there goes lunch break because I had to wait. I get it your busy, hence the point of me scheduling ahead, so I don't miss more work. So from what I've seen, OFCU doesn't work with people.

  In July I had OFCU take out my Roth IRA and send the money to my New Current Banks savings. I was told this was done they gave me a receipt. I told them I do not bank with them anymore. I kept checking for the money nothings happened. I called and was told it takes time to transfer the money. So I waited I found out today they still have not transferred the money, yet OFCU never called to let me know what was going on. Instead of transferring it to my Current Bank they have still have it! It was only put in my OFCU savings. Thank God they did not lose it. I have tried to close my accounts with them and every time I do business with OFCU they do not comply with my directions. Once again I have to correct the mistakes made with this bank.

  **DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THIS BANK** in 2017 I purchased a new vehicle at the local Toyota dealership, and used OFCU to finance the loan (went with the lowest interest rate). I established monthly automatic payments, and personally mailed in additional checks (in between monthly payments) to go towards the PRINCIPAL of the loan. On **3** separate occasions OFCU received the check, but did not cash it, until weeks later. Also on the most recent incident they charged me INTEREST on the additional check made for the PRINCIPAL of the loan. Save yourself the headache of dealing with these inexperienced bankers, and go with a different bank. I will be refinancing soon Given *2* stars (instead on 1) for the call representatives are always polite; however they seem undertrained, and the member who can “fix” the issue is at “lunch” every time I call (mornings, afternoons, evenings)

  They will make a mistake, Not do anything about it, Lock your lines of credit, and damage your credit score. Repulsive.

  Don't let them trick you with insurance for a loan. They take the money plus the interest as well. The insurance is just for incidental. If nothing happens to you and you pay off the loan they keep it all.

  I have never experienced bad things here, I have always had great customer service, always greeted at door,only problems I have seen is customers who want the bank to break rules.I like it here and think the people are great

  Very slow. I have an acct only for my vehicle and usually when I go i am in the drive through for 15-25 min.
