Orrstown Bank Reviews

Kraig Nace (JUKE BOX HITS)1The Newport branch service has been adequate , although much better before these inflated banking executives closed my local branch. Today, they closed all locations early, so after driving 15 miles each way to the closest remaining branch, I made an ATM cash deposit which placed a hold on my money. The make product announcements and push all sorts of sales and marketing material out through technology but didn't have the courtesy to let customers know the branches would be closed early today for their "employee meeting." The online services are intermittent, at best, the app is glitchy and creates service fees arbitrarily, and their online messaging folks clearly cannot do basic math...yet are responsible for my money! New bank: Here I come!
