  Duncannon Pa, My wife and i stopped in today to open a Checking and savings account.The young lady behind the teller line was very nasty and rude. said we would have to wait and be put on a calender before anyone would talk to us.i told her we would check back later NOT. Thank you

  Place is horrible. I’m not a member but I have used their ATM and paid the fees plenty of times. Anyways I stopped in and asked if I could trade $200 in 20s for two $100 bills. They would only do $100 after having to ask the manager. Does anyone do anything nice for people without trying to make a dollar anymore? Please bank online so places like this go away.

  No direct number so you have to call a 1 800 number. They have limited options, can't do much their in person. I get charged a fee just to have a paper statement mailed to me. Pretty sure I may be charged a usage fee for calling that 1 800 number.

  Wouldn't give me coins. Extremely disappointed with this bank. I live 25 minutes away, wasted trip. Will be looking for a new bank.

  Exceptional customer service. They also have no foreign transaction fees..The complimentary chilled bottled water is a nice touch as well. All around a great bank.

  Will not Exchange Rolled coins for cash You must put it in their machine and then pay a fee for them counting it.
