I went in today, and I just wanted to rave on Logan and Chris! They were so helpful , so kind , and just genuine . They got everything I needed with no issues and happily with a smile on their faces!! I enjoyed going to the bank! Lol. I wish these two the best of days because kindness is so rare nowadays!

I went in there with my friend today and the line was so long. The male teller who wears pants extremely too tight with glasses was too busy talking to help anyone. But if I looked like an animated character from SpongeBob I guess I would be hesitant to help people out too.

      Response from the owner

Hey Kerren, we apologize for the wait you experienced at our branch and would love the chance to improve on your next visit. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your contact information so we can make this right!

Very rude staff at this location! I don't appreciate the "office gossip talk" or snickering at any place that is supposed to be a professional atmosphere. I want to get in and out and make sure everything I need done is correct. I had to tell them twice what I needed done because they were not paying attention. It really wouldn't kill them to smile either, especially when someone is trying being friendly! Two employees working the front looked like they were miserable! We used to love ORNL but over the past year customer service has been horrible! I try to do everything online anymore through the chat so I can avoid dealing with them.

      Response from the owner

Good afternoon, we are very sorry to hear about your experience. We wish nothing more but to give our members the best and most friendly experience. We would like to ask if you could reach out to us via google messenger to provide us with a little more information about your experience in order to not only resolve the issue, but to ensure it doesn't continue to happen with other members. Thank you!

Bathrooms, where you can wash your hands with soap & hot water are closed to customers! Ridiculous decision. If you count the number of customers that actually use the bathroom it is likely very small and people who need to go badly! You will be hard pressed to find any other businesses that closed bathrooms because of the pandemic and I've not seen this as a CDC recommendation.

      Response from the owner

Mike, we apologize for this inconvenience. We hope to open our bathrooms back up to the public in the near future. This measure is taken to help lessen possible exposure to COVID for both our staff and members safety. We hope you understand. Thank you!

Very disappointing service. I have been to a couple of there branches but this one is the worse of any bank I have been too. My daughter bought a car from an individual. This individual had a loan on the car at ORNL. We paid the loan off and the owner was told she could pay $25.00 to overnight the title but it takes 2 days. (Thats crazy to charge for $25.00 for overnight fee and say it takes 2 days).Btw the teller at the bank was not friendly, no smile but did get transaction completed. This was Wednesday morning at 9am and was told to expect it Friday. The former owners called Friday and no title was available. Apparently teller messed up on ordering the title which for some reason is in Ohio. One of bank mangers assured the previous owner that title will be here on Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. I met the previous owner today at 4 pm. She went to the teller that she had talked to on Friday and we were told to wait at customer lounge. She came back over told us title was not here and we asked for the manger. I questioned the teller why it wasnt here that there was a fee charged for service. (Yes previous owner was reimbursed after the fact on Friday. But still was paid expecting professional service.) The teller went on the offensive and said there was no charges paid which i told her there had been. She has real attitude and i didnt appreciate her rolling eyes at me as she walked away. Then manager took us into her office. The whole time she was smiling and we felt not care in the world and not very sympathetic. The one thing I do not understand why does bank charge their customers pentalities but CUSTOMERS cannot charge bank penalties?????? We are the customers, right????? If I wrote a check and it bounces the bank charges both parties but if the bank messes up no one to hold accountable for there mistake.

Awful customer service! Refuses to give documents that are on your specific account. Do NOT bank with them! I’ve never had such a difficult time with any bank.

      Response from the owner

Hey Kayla, we are very sorry to hear this! Would you mind telling us a little more about the situation? We'd love the chance to rectify this!
