  Ms Kapricia Birch has assisted me for many years with issues regarding my account. She is always available and accommodating to meet with me and advise me when I had to make changes to my accounts. I appreciate her willingness, friendly attitude, caring manner, and professionalism in helping to resolve my issues. Ms. Birch is the epitome of excellent customer care.

  I needed to make a deposit to my other credit union. I was willing to open an account with Orlando CU but due to the poor customer service with the teller in the lobby, I prefer not to do business with this CU. In her defense, she backtracked when I mentioned I didn’t understand why she was speaking to me in that manner and she was helpful after the fact. The damage was already done.

  I do not understand the function of the Apopka CU branch. When u go inside they go out to drive thru to process ur transaction and when I go the drive thru they go inside to process. Just wondering why they do that????? Very slow service Girls in their offices I feel should come out and help when ppl are waiting in line and at least acknowledge when a customer walks in. Also the color they painted the outside is so yugly. Looks like something from the hood Omg! What were they thinking?

  Made a deposit using the shared branch service, the next day at home I realized the incorrect amount was deposited in my account. Have been waiting days after reaching out to the bank to get this issue resolved. Not confident in this bank at all.

  I came in to set up a new account. There 3 offices open and none of them even took a look at me. Instead another person came in and they took care of them instead. I asked what was going on and they said Caitlin would be with me and I waited another 10 min and nothing. So I just left. There was another lady in her office in working her computer who seem not to care that I was sitting there at all.

  Here I am at 3pm waiting in line for 15 minutes with one person ahead of me at the counter. While the rest of the employees (african american woman Kaprico or w.e. her name is and blond short haired middle aged woman are chatting it up in the office like nobody is here) while I'm waiting in line for a deposit??! Breann poor thing running arpund doing a million things though. Seriously watch the cameras and how they treat your customers like they're invisible.bye Felicias.

  I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. They gave my wife the run around for 3 days trying to get a auto loan from this terrible credit union. they ran her credit for no reason, they dont give an approval same day, there loan officer and under writers have no idea how to structure a deal properly or how to book a vehicle. If you leave a VM, they never respond to it. they are clueless here, SAVE YOUR CREDIT AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! ALL NEGITIIVE FEEDBACK IS REAL AND ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE LEFT BY THE STAFF!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

  Why can they just install metal defectors at the door if they are that concern. Asking people to remove their hats at glasses at the door seems inappropriate, many people wear hats due to a medical condition. Might as well change the name to Orlando Federal Credit Union Church. Lol
