  Atm took my deposit and never showed up on my account...now I have to wait till Monday so they can check the ATM ... why are the ATM for oregon state credit union always broken or shut off

  I have had this credit union since 2012. My kids have had scottie savers account 3 boys Now they are old enough to have the teen checking One is almost 18 so he has had it for while I do like the fact they opened up bigger Branch much needed as prior location was hectic at Safeway. I would love to see them open Saturdays again. Its helpful to have at least 4 hrs open on Saturday So far I have had amazing experience with staff Liz is awesome and Sarah too.

  I showed up a couple minutes after closing spoke to somebody in person and they refused my service, would’ve taken five minutes of their time.

  Worst experience ever with a bank. Switching my card from a limited spending to them changed it and getting over draft. They only want our money. They didn't even try to explain why or work something out. Chase banking made me feel more safe with my hard earned money.

  This is not a review of Oregon State credit Union branch in Woodburn. This is a review of Google Maps. Do not ever use Google maps to find this branch. The information is completely wrong and you will not get within a mile of the actual branch! That is true even though they apparently *have* the correct address, but instead send you to an ATM inside Safeway. Be better, Google maps! Siri got it right! PS my review of the Oregon State Credit Union branch that I finally found, no thanks to Google maps, is five stars! Staff was extremely friendly, very helpful and I believe there was at least one Spanish-speaking staff member present when I was in the bank.

  We understand your frustration, Renee! We have been trying to get this corrected ever since we moved our branch to its current location at 1710 Mt Jefferson Avenue. I am glad you were able to find the branch. For anyone looking: it is near the Burger King off Pacific Hwy East. It is correctly located on Apple maps, and it’s occasionally correct on Google maps, but not always. We’ll keep trying to get Google to fix that.

  I wish I read the reviews before switching my money to this place. I had to wait over an hour just to add my wife in my account, since they only have one banker (a very slow one too) bad customer cervice, don't recommend this place. Plus they are not open Saturdays any more!

  I love the staff at the Woodburn branch! And have been a loyal happy member for over 10 years. I would normally give a full 5 stars but what is the deal with the terrible new location hours? Hoping it opens back up to the previous hours soon. 🤞

  I deposited money into a co op atm in California two days ago and it was available immediately. I deposited money into this atm and its not available immediately. My credit union is in Oregon. I love to surf.

  Dan, thank you for your feedback. Currently, Oregon State Credit Union is using two types of ATMs. Our newest ATMs recognize and read cash deposits and can provide immediate availability. Some of our older models that have not yet been replaced still require manual validation of cash deposits. We are in the process of converting our remaining ATMs to the cash-reading models.   This credit union is complete trash. Their ATM does not work correctly, very rude staff and they're no longer part of the shared branching co-op.

  Amazing service. I'm from USBank (my 1st checking acct) so I'm used to be treated shitty and used to being used. This place is completely different. I feel like a person here, not a number. The people are efficient and friendly and always happy to help with whatever I'm there for. I'm so glad I opened my account here and plan to stay. :)
