  I recently sold my father's condo after he passed away. Orchard Hill Escrow was recommended through a Marine Corps buddy of mine. Throughout the entire escrow process, the Orchard Hill Escrow team did a phenomenal job keeping me informed, assisting me with acquiring required documentation to complete the escrow process, and answered all of my questions. I am an active duty Marines stationed overseas, so despite the time difference, Heather and her team were very responsive and greatly assisted me through the process. Additionally, I think they offer discounts for military personnel, veterans, first responders, and law enforcement professionals. Overall, I would highly recommend using Orchard Hill Escrow for your escrow needs. I think you will be pleased and completely satisfied with their outstanding service. I'm glad I had them in my corner when I needed assistance during a stressful time. Thank you so much Orchard Hill Escrow.

  I have been practicing real estate in California (both Southern and Northern California transactions) for 10 years and am the broker at my current office. I have interacted with many agents and escrow offices over the years, but never have I done business with an office as outstanding as Orchard Hill Escrow. The term above and beyond does not do this team justice. The professionalism, proactiveness, knowledge, willingness, dedication, and friendly attitude set the bar for how an escrow company should be. If you are a agent in need of an escrow team to get it done transaction after transaction, or an individual in need of an escrow, you will be happy you choose this office. I read the one not so great review on here and I don't know the details, but after years of Heather and her stellar team taking care of me and my clients, that is not how this office works. This team will take amazing care of you. **mic drop!**

  I love this escrow company! Heather and her team are outstanding. If you’re considering selling, buying or refinancing a home I would highly recommend that you request Orchard Hill in any of your transactions. I do a lot of personal real estate transactions that depend on an escrow company who knows what they are doing. Make the right choice and ask for Orchard Hill Escrow.

  Our escrow closed 12-30-20 snd had to request closing statement several times as well as 593 forms that to this date havnt received. Said it would take a week to get out of storage. Heather in particular was unresponsive and not helpful at all when she finally picked up phone after several messages and emails. Still waiting 3 months after close of escrow to obtain any copies of my closing documents and 593 forms to do my taxes. Over priced and no follow up. Would not recommend.
