  I had the privilege to work with Mr. Nathan Fischer. I had spoke with several other lenders for obtaining a new first trust deed on my home. I had some challenges in income verification. The other lenders were not willing to take the time or put out the effort to assist me. Mr. Fischer took the time to work through these challenges. Mr. Fischer and his team overcame several other obstacles that I believe other lenders would have just walked away. In the end I was able to get the loan. I would highly recommend using Mr. Fischer and his team when looking for a loan.

  I am so glad that I happened to call OptionWide Financial Corp to inquire about their lending programs that turned out to be my one of the most pleasantly surprising phenomenal experience of house buying. My call was first answered by their sales manager Nathan Fischer who clearly understood my situation and explained to me about their loan programs I could consider. Their loan application and processing is largely different than how conventional loans work. True to what their website says, they have many different programs tailored for different situations. Nathan with his loan processor Kevin Cho and other team members helped me with closing at an unbelievable supersonic speed of efficiency in less than 20 working days in total that I had never experienced with any lenders I worked so far. I approached them with lost hopes and they took away the entire stress out of me and got me the keys in less than expected time coordinating with the closing company. I would be very happy to do business with them again and would also happily recommend anyone with lost hopes to realize there is still a final ray of hope that exists.

  Optionwide literally saved our loan. We had already pushed closing 3 times because previous lender could not perform. We had very little time left till closing when we got in contact with Optionwide and they closed our loan flawlessly. I will only use Optionwide for my loans in the future. They were amazing.
