      Even though im a long time member and paid off many loans superior managed to deny me a loan again even though their money is removed from my pay check before i get it they are so impersonal now. The loan officer joann was great friendly and compassionate

      Wow! Superior, you have proven immediately what a bad merger this will be. After attempting to talk with someone for over 24 hours if non-stop calling and holding.... I have never had a worse experience with any other banking institution. NOT IMPRESSED.
