  These guys are amazing! I had to get some paperwork notarized and not only were they (especially AJ) super sweet and accommodating, they helped me jump my car when it died in their parking lot. Super awesome people! Update: Usby helped me so much in opening a new account and getting everything started! She was absolutely amazing and I am very excited about starting my new account!

  Carolyn the Assistant Branch Manager at this location is AMAZING. Saying she went above and beyond doesn't even begin to express how much she helped me. So took a very stressful situation that seemed hopeless and fought for a solution for me, and kept me updated along the way. I am so thankful for the experience I had with this location, and especially with Carolyn. I'm really looking forward to my next encounter with them, and highly recommend them!

  Recently stepped into your branch. To recover a lost and stolen wallet. Caroline was very helpful. She assisted me in opening a new account taking care of my old account. Was very fast and efficient very friendly service. Appreciate your time and effort will be a loyal customer forever.

  I don't often bother to post reviews, but for the last few months I have been extremely impressed with the service provided by AJ Hyde at security services Federal credit Union. She helped me get my first non-secured credit card in 15 years. I have been so particular in the way that I use my money and in the way that I run my accounts, it is amazing how understanding and helpful she has been. I went in yesterday to address some charges on my account that I had not authorized, and at first glance I did not see her. So I hesitantly went to another associate, Ashley Matthews. I was pleasantly surprised at how equally understanding and helpful she was, as this is not been my historic banking experiences other institutions. She helped me get my accounts back in order and cancel charges that were not authorized. I went home to get my credit card that they were charged on, and came back today to cancel that card and get a new one reissued. AJ picked up exactly where Ashley had left off, canceled my card, and reissued me a new one. She also helped me finish the disputes for the charges that Ashley had started. In short this team is amazing and it is worth the extra drive for me to make sure that these two are the ones that help me with my financial future. Thank you, BH

  My husband and I had such an awesome experience with your Riverton SSFU associate Christian Martinez. He is kind, informative, patient and knows his job well. I felt confident as he helped us through our horrible experience with our Other Bank at America First Credit Union. We were able to completely use your institution as our Only Bank and have also encouraged our 2 older children to switch and move over to SSFCU because of our awesome experience with Christian. He makes sure to offer and share the benefits with our checking account, secured lines of credit, and more and we are very Happy Customers! I also love how he knows me by name and I don't feel like I get lost in the crowd with lines of other customers. I feel valued and the integrity of your Bank shows through your employees and how they serve you! Thanks again SSFCU

  Every time I walk into this branch, Vanessa makes me smile. Her customer service is unsurpassed. Her examples of selfless service should be emulated and venerated by everyone!   Absolutely great customer service and extremely friendly staff! I talked with AJ most recently and asked what I thought might be silly/stupid questions but she was nothing but polite/pleasant/helpful and didn't make me feel stupid! Almost like talking with a freind instead of a banker, highly recommended in my book, great job SSFCU (Riverton)

  I own a business and many of my transactions are a little more complex or require extra time . I have found this branch to be the most accommodating . I have worked with the many wonderful tellers and Christian Martinez several times with a positive experience each time. I highly recommend this bank and branch!

  I absolutely love the staff at SSFCU. I consider them friends because of the way they treat me. These guys truly do care about me as a person and as a member. Yesterday, my Aussie Teller and new friend, Vanessa helped me quickly and thoroughly with my deposit and also took the time to share with me some fun facts about Australia. Spiders are the Aussie's version of a rootbeer float and that vegamite is actually yummy when you spread it thin and eat it with butter and cheese. Thanks for your amazing service Vanessa.
