  I had a great time working with Austin and Optimum First. I’ve been talking to different loan companies for a while and actually started refinance process with another company. But I’ve waited for 2 months and still not came to closing. After the frustration I had with the other company, and worth mention it’s a big Corp out there for home loan. I had a chance to talk to Austin. It only took 2 weeks to get my deal closed. I can’t be more happy about the service that Austin provide. He explained all the details to me as well, he always replies me very quick. He stayed on top of things. I really appreciate everything! I would definitely come back to Austin and Optimum First if I need services in the future.

  Working with Magan was so easy and she made the entire refinancing process as quick and stress free as possible! She was available to answer all our questions and calls at any time of the day and any day of the week. She organized and scheduled all appts with the notary as well as the appraisal. I would definitely recommend working with her and optimum First for anyone interested in getting a loan and refinancing. Thank you again Magan!!

  JASON BOGGS was amazing!!!! Not only did he always answer the phone every time we called, but he answered every question well and clearly! He took his time and during probably the busiest time to refi he took great care of us! And to top it all off, he was able to drop our rate an additional 1/4% at the end, as rates were dropping in the middle of our transaction. Can't thank him and his team enough for all they did for us! Highly recommend and we will use them again in the future. They all need a big bonus this year!

  Great experience with Alfredo Rivas and Mark Washington (Alfredo Rivas's Assistant) on my house refinance. Pretty professional and friendly. Love their attitude when they assist me every time I have any question related to my loan status or paperwork. I would absolutely do business with them again. Pretty competitive intertest rate for my house refinance.

  Optimum First, specifically my Loan Officer, John Smith, were incredible to work with. They were knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and very efficient. John was very easy to reach and responded to all of my questions almost within the hour, which is unheard of!! I was in the middle of a refinance and the loan officer was hard to reach. Would take up to 1 week to respond to email and almost never answered the phone. Then the company did a reorganization, at this point I was ready to give up. Then I found Optimum First, hesitant I restarted the process. From the time I submitted my application to closing was 18 days! There was no switch and bait and they stuck to the original costs and rates. I cannot wait to refer John to my friends and family who may be in the market for a loan, because I am 100% confident they will be as pleased as I am. Thank you John and the entire Optimum first team.
