  We tried to go with the lender that had our mortgage took over 2 months with nothing but wanting the same paper work over and over. We finally found Choice Mortgage and had a great response with them. They were excellent. Responded to all of our questions almost immediately. GREAT COMPANY.

  Now that my transaction with your company is completed I would like to recognize a very special lady. Like so many others, going thru the process of a refi the experience can be very overwhelming. Even on a good day. Little did I know I was about to meet an individual who would take me by the hand and walk me thru each and every bump in the road. Thanks to her steadfastness and a never give up attitude I can now express a special thank you to Esther Buede. In my lifetime I have worked with several mortgage company's I must say that the representatives that we encounter along the way leave us with a positive or negative experience. Thank you again, Esther for making mine positive.

  I have been called everyday for the past 2 weeks by Choice Home Mortgage asking for Herb, obviously not me. I have asked the multiple callers to stop calling as I am not Herb and to put me on their Do Not Call registry. Today, I received another call and text from CHM for Herb, so I decided to call and talk to a manger to resolve. I was professionally greeted and when I asked to talk with a manager, the receptionist kindly said please wait but accidentally did not put the phone on hold. So I could hear her yell to someone..."Hey James...Do you want to play manager?" I told the woman that I could hear her, so she said "Have a nice day, sir" and hung up on me. That prompted me to call back and Shelly answered. Shelly was professional and nice and instructed me to an opt out website, which was kind of her. Regardless, the let's pretend to be a manager and screw with the bystander tells you something about this company. Do you really want to buy a mortgage from a reseller that plays Manager? Your call, but for me that is a big fat "No"! What other games do they play with their customers? I would be glad to take down this review if the OWNER (not play) promises to never contact me again.

It appears someone else inquired about a refinance possibly entered the incorrect phone number, which is why we had attempted to follow up on that inquiry.   We find it difficult to express our gratefulness for the effort and expertise displayed by the crew at Choice Home Mortgage. Special thanks go out to the two who worked with us directly: Wendy Flores and Ron Nadelberg. This was not an easy loan, yet these two were flawlessly responsive, unflagging, and professional in helping us through the entire miserable ordeal. If we ever have to go through this process again, and there is a good chance we will, we won't even shop. We cannot imagine a better loan broker than Choice Home Mortgage.   I was with Mr. Cooper for at least 2019 and was pleased with their statements and dashboards. Around Jan 10, 2020 Mr. Cooper send me there Year End Statement and around Feb 21, 2020 Freedom Mortgage Corporation send me their ‘Welcome To Freedom Mortgage’. I had called Mr. Cooper and asked why they got rid of me and they said the mortgage was sold or transferred to Freedom no fault of mine. I decided to contact ‘Freedom Mortgage - Interest Rate Reduction’ around Jun 1, 2020. I’m not sure what the problem was but it took three attempts before I decided to reach out to Mr. Cooper on May 8, 2021 which finally funded Jul 3, 2021, way faster than Freedom. Not being too happy with my rates and thought Mr. Cooper could have done better, around Sep 2021 I started looking for better rates so looked into a website which led to lots of calls from Mortgage Professionals. I remember turning them all down except for Esther Buede from Elite Capital Solutions Inc. Choice Home Mortgage. I connected with her right away. She was sincere and I felt she was more compassionate than the others which compelled me to move forward with them and they got me processed and funded in 20 days. They submitted me on 9/14/21 and I received a ‘Congratulations your loan has funded’ letter 10/4/21 . Her team had it all done in a short time with far less tension than the prior two. They defiantly went all out for me. I felt taken cared of every step of the way. I wish I had reached out to them first. Thank you so much Esther Buede and Catherine Llarena.
