  The best banking experience I have ever had. I'm a small business owner and have been told "no" to by several banks. Opportunity took the time to learn about me and my business and gave me the opportunities at loans that have now turned into a large commercial loan for a new office space as well as a larger residential loan to build our dream home for my family. I could not be happier. You have to give them a try if you want any kind of a loan.

  First the teller didn't know the procedure for a person trying to collect on a bounced check written to my business, which is understandable I guess, but instead of asking her manager how to handle the situation she sent me on my way with the wrong information. After an hour of leg work I returned to have Opportunity Bank issue me a cashier's check only to find out that they were going to charge me $5 to issue said check. That's right, I had to pay $5 in order to receive money that was owed to me in the first place. Not only do they ding their own customer for bouncing a check but they ding the person trying to collect the money. We've been in business for over thirty years and have dealt with many bounced checks from many different banks, we've never been charged anything for an issued check until this Opportunity Bank. Just plain bad business.

  Opportunity Bank is a true community bank!!! They go above and beyond to ensure they meet their clients needs and get to know them personally...not treated like a number here...can't say enough GREAT things!!!

  EXTREMELY helpful staff who are ALWAYS willing to take the time (no matter how long it takes) to make sure all questions and/or concerns are taken care of! 😊
