  I just had my first experience today with oportun loan on commerce st the staff was super nice the process was crazy easy the payment on the loan was ridiculously low I wish I have known about opportun this place is awesome they don't poke your eyes out you got to experience it I would highly recommend this company especially in these hard times oportun will make you breathe easy they truly live up to their name

  I have always been treated very well at this particular location. Some times the volume of customers is heavy yet even if I wait 10 minutes or so all the employees are very professional but very friendly and respectful. Today I’m going back with a cell phone issue and I will report on the service from employees. I expect it will be good.

  If your new to them you will likely just get approved for the minimum 300 so if your going in whit the intentions of getting more then that good luck. We had to wait a good while just to be told that so if this saves anybody some time great🙂

  They kept trying to call me and when I asked them why it was so frequent they said they did not know. Worst customer service. The employees are absolutely clueless.

  I went to this place right when they open and their was this pregnant girl with s much negativity and I'm not trying to be sarcastic but she has horrible customer service I had to let pass by me 6 customers Everytime I was next she would say do u mind if I take the next customer for their payment and I had to tell her I was done and over that's y u should make 2 lines 1 for payments and the other one for new applicants she rolled her eyes on me and I just walked out I was very disappointing noted of who ever owns this place they have really bad customer service and on top of that they're bilingual situation these 2 employees have is the worst

  they lied to me about how they work their payments and the lady was real rude when I asked her about it , the only thing she could tell me was call the customer service and blew me off and went to the next customer I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SCREW OVERS, and nobody from corporate has called me a put my complaint

  Don't go here find another place, they always come up with a reason not give you a loan and when they do they make you pay your loan early thinking you can get another but nope they still find a reason to not give you one
