  The person that help me out was Silvia. She approach me outside Rancho San Miguel while I was doing some grocery shopping. She than started telling me about how credit really important is I told her I doubt that I was going to qualify for a loan because I was paying for my food with food stamps and I didn’t have no job and that I was broke. She asked me if I had thought about the future on opening my own business and that credit is really important here I am at the grocery shopping hearing her speech and dreaming I was so hopeless and depressed in 10 min she made me an application and I was able to put my welfare, food stamps and child support as income. I was shocked that I got approved for a loan I know it was a little bit of money for been my first time but, it help my credit now I opened my own business with this second loan I got I had to come here to this location cause Rancho closed but, for my surprise Silvia was there to help me again with my loan application. Thank you Oportun and thank you Silvia for being that light needed in my life. I would definitely recommend this loans! I would totally recommend that you ask for Sílvia so she can explain you how credit works. The location is busy since Rancho close with this second loan. I had to stand in line for 30 min or probably more but other than that I’m happy

  I was denied for having no credit, everywhere I went. Until my frient told me about Oportun. He told me to take my ID, most recent paystub and a recent bill under my name. I went in and walked out with a loan in about 30 minutes. Staff is really friendly, I definitely recommend.

  Got my first loan here 5 years ago. Had 0 credit. Finished my loan and got another one. Now I’m on my third and my credit is so good I am already preapproved to buy my own home. I am so thankful to Oportun.

  Great place to get a loan that helps with your credit. Staff was very friendly and explained the loan to me so I was able to inderstand it better. Will go back after I pay this one off.

  Great place! Ladies are super nice. Cheapest place to get a loan around here and the best part is it builds you credit. Definetly recommend.
