  Today I went for the first time to apply for a Loan at Oportun on Main St and I can say , I am more than happy with the costumer service received .I was helped by Jenniffer Ponce and she was able to guide me through the whole process and explain everything in detail .All my questions and doubts were resolved and she had patience and enthusiasm all along .I rarely see people that appreciate and love their work as she does .Excellent worker and so passionate when it comes going the extra mile for each costumer that she helped .I will completely recommend her if you get to this location and Thank you Jennifer for your service , I will recommend this company to all my friends and family because of you .

  Went in to get a loan and Rocio was able to help me it was quick and easy. She was very helpful and explained every that I needed to know.

  I was highly recommend by a friend here and I also brought a family member to apply on Saturday. I just want to say thank you-Jennifer and the whole staff for helping out. We really had an emergency and the whole process was worth it. She was very professional , straight to the point.

  Preferred Oportun location, highly recommend. Awesome people eager to assist. Personally -always welcomed with a smile and a shared laugh before every departure. For the people rating negative comments. Acknowledge Oportun is a business and clients apply on their own for financial support (understanding regulations and guidelines read by representatives) once a contract is signed. Being a business there are procedures including time frames for employees to complete their daily duties, at the end of their shifts. Clients please be respectful and considerate.
