  I came into the bank on 6/26/2021. Ms. Demetria was great she exceeds customer service. The line was long and she never lost her cool. She was nice, professional and greeted everyone that walked up to her. I will be back to this location 👍🏽

  Hundreds of dollars were taken out of my account fraudulently. I've been here twice to try to get it back. The workers act (or maybe are) totally unable to help me. The anti-fraud hotline isn't any better.

  Great service,I recently made some changes which involved retirement and interest rates long term savings accounts.The ladies at Midcity can handle my transactions anytime!Ms.Demetrice,Ms.Sita and with the watchful guidance of Ms.Hoa completely satisfied what I needed to accomplish...   Great bank! Good friendly service and quick in and out . Plus: they have coin counter for deposit of all those coins you have been saving! For members only though. And no counting fees! Plus, coffee and even (haven't seen this since I was a kid) lollipops... Also a bathroom for customers.

  Demetrice greeted and escorted us to her work station and assisted us in replacing our debit card. She was sooo helpful, patient and efficient. Demetrice answered all our questions in such a pleasant manner. On departure we were wished Happy Holidays as she approached the next customer. A1 customer service!

  Great customer service, always, from the security guard at the door to the tellers. When there's a question, they do whatever is necessary to find the answer and make sure it's clear. Good work!

  I'm ALWAYS very happy to visit the MidCity location. The customer service is ALWAYS very welcoming. The location is excellent between home and work. I Love everything about the new renovations.
