  There isn’t enough great things I can say about working with Leslie. She helped us every step of the way and answered every question (and I had many) that came up. When we initially decided to start eyeballing the house market, she set up a link with the criteria we were looking for in a home, and it would notify us of houses within the parameters. Whether they were new to the market or had a reduction in price. In addition, we also needed to sell our condo, prior to buying our home. Leslie helped me develop a list of “should” and “should not” items in order to enhance the appeal for our sale. When I needed a contact for a specific job, she always had one on hand, and every individual I dealt with was professional, friendly, and very trustworthy. From AC repair, plumber, to a general handyman. Through Leslie’s dedication and VERY high attention to detail, we were able to list and find interested buyers far quicker than I ever expected. In what was deemed a difficult market (condo in Metairie), the individual site that included professional photos, video walk-through, and a floor plan helped pique buyers interest. In the end, we were able to sell the condo, and purchase a home for our growing family that we’re very excited for. I have Leslie to thank for all of it.

  Leslie and Heather are a Dynamic Duo! I was lucky enough to meet Heather through a friend and it was a match at first site. Next, I met Leslie and wow, we all were in harmony!  Their knowledge about the industry, their connections/relationships, and experience on both sides (buying and selling) of the process is invaluable. Heather sold me my first home and the experience was priceless. Leslie keeps me informed and proactive as a homeowner. They keep me on my toes… J.   We are moving in from out of state and came to look at houses this past week. Leslie was so on top of things and really knows and loves this city, and we totally see why! She helped us with neighborhood recommendations, spots to eat, general questions about the greater NOLA area. Wonderful experience and would absolutely say this is the place to go if you want an honest, helpful, and professional experience with house hunting.

  Leslie Heindel is easily one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us houses that were perfect! We are new to the city so she has taken time to give us plenty of recommendations and answered any questions day or night. She explained each step of the process and constantly kept us updated. I couldn't recommend a better realtor. After we have closed she has still checked in on us and been here for anything we need. She is amazing!

  Leslie had helped me transition to fantastic rentals in a New Orleans. She is professional, prompt, and fun during the entire process! 2021 Update: She just helped me buy my first house! I LOVE my new neighborhood and space-- and the price! She was a fierce advocate for our price and wants and I know I can always rely on her. She will be a part of any real estate purchasing that I am ever involved with.

  Leslie and Heather were absolutely amazing to work with. After seven years in a house that I thought I would never sell, I woke up one morning and realized that it had served me well over the years but that it was time for a change. I called Leslie and she and Heather came over the very next day. I got full asking price for my house before it even officially went on the market, and I found the perfect home in a fabulous new neighborhood. I moved into my new house within six weeks of deciding to sell my old one. During those six weeks I also changed jobs! Needless to say it was a very busy time. Leslie and Heather were there for me every step of the way and being able to trust them completely was such a relief during what could have been an incredibly stressful time without their help. I’ve called them for advice even after the houses were bought and sold, and I know they will always be there for me in the future. If you are looking for a realtor, it would be a huge mistake to go with anyone else.

  Leslie was amazing every step of the way. She goes above and beyond. Buying your first home can be an overwhelming experience, and for us, we were in an unusual place, we had a very limited time to find, purchase, and move into our house. Now this girl loves a challenge, even with a seller unwilling to budge on almost anything, she made magic happen. We purchased before she teamed up with Heather, but Heather was still a very big part of our closing, she acted as power of attorney for my cosigner, my brother who lives in another state. She signed about a million papers that day. We knew we loved her right away! Great agents and great ladies all around! I send literally anyone remotely interested in buying or selling their way. Do it. You won't regret it.

  Leslie was fantastic! I was a first time buyer and, honestly, had no idea what I was doing. She was very responsive and understanding with my questions and walked me carefully through the process. I cannot recommend her enough. Not only did I gain a life-long agent, I also gain a life-long buddy!
