  Being a first-time home-buyer can be scary, but Viet at OneMile Mortgage helped make the process smooth and easy to understand. He taught me various mortgage terms and requirements, outlined an expected timeline, and found me a good deal.   If you are readying this review, I know most likely you are shopping for a house.I just recently purchased a house. and the market is tough out there(Houses I’m looking, Has average 3 to 6 offers on the first 2 days...)my housing agent worked really hard for me, but all of these would not have happened if my loan wasn’t going through as smoothly as possible!! Viet Nguyen!! Thank you so much!!! Viet is my loan officer, all of this would have not been possible if he wasn’t there! I personally shopped around for house mortgages, i compared 3 different companies before I go with ONE MIlE. Viet guided me through the whole buying process, he’s always ahead, and always there when you needed help!I learned so much from him as well. He’s very knowledgeable of what he’s doing! I will definitely go back to him for my next purchase! But with all the pros, let’s talk about cons, or else its just too good to be true I’m thinking very hard to come up one, but I don’t have any...I guess the bad part about Viet FOR ME is that he is so ahead of everything that I have to go get my stuff done because he is always waiting for me...   I'm glad I went to one mile mortgage. It was my first time buying a house and my loan officer Viet Nguyen was diligent in his work. I had to rush everything to get the house I wanted and he help me get approved in a matter of days. I would highly recommend this to anybody.

  I had a bunch of short timelines and also stressed out about so many other things that came with buying a home, but my loan officer Viet Nguyen made this process SO EASY. He was always 10 steps ahead in everything and spelled out everything for me, and I literally just let him take the wheel. I don't think my home buying process would have been as smooth with anyone else. Thank you OneMile!!!

  My experience with OneMile Mortgage was superb. Quyen Nguyen, my loan office is great at what she does. She is knowledgeable, professional and patient. The process was alot but she made me feel comfortable and confident in her skills to execute my loan. Quyen was always available to answer my questions and/or concerns.
