  Never felt like I was having my identity taken from me until I dealt with this place. Everything seemed like I was going to get my loan and once I thought I had all of my info put into their system they took three days to get back with me just to tell me that I wasn't approved. And I had to keep calling them to figure out what was going on. I hope you have fun with my debt

  Absolute Joke. Went through and sent everything they needed. Business taxes, banking statements, social security numbers. Then annoyed daily to call. So I did and was informed. Ohh they must have been new. We don’t do business loans. What the hell did they do with all of my information

  I paid my loan off on December 29, 2020. I have been given the run around trying to get my title so that I can get my equity from the car dealership I àm working with. Michigan is a non title holding state. First I was told it was coming from Ohio, now it is coming from the California office. Either way my paperwork says the loan is governed by Michigan law. Someone is not being straight up. I have my loan documents that say it is paid, but no title.

  Unstead of asking all questions needed I was just denied when they've been up my butt calling me, because I just inquired online. Also when you speak with someone in this time of needing compassion an understanding, don't talk down to them as if they are beneath you. We all put are pants on the same way Jessica one leg at a time.

  Very nice and efficient..however I asked to have disability insurance dropped last year as I was told I could do ...just seen I’m still paying for it Not happy about that
