  What I like about The Credit Pros is that they make every instruction clear and simple for you to understand when you are getting started in the program. I love receiving the emails that are sent to me on a regular basis from Jason because it keeps you focused on the mission which is increasing your credit score. I like be able to go into the member's portal when ever I need to add a note to let The Credit Pros know of about something that they should know. The Credit Pros have done a great service and I pray that they will be around for ever. Thank you TCP for making my life so much better and I will keep my credit profile "Excellent" !!!!

  I have paid several companies before The Credit Pros and did not get any results. I went into this deal with The Credit Pros very skeptical and I told them that up front. However, with-in the first several weeks of hiring The Credit Pros I knew I had struck pay dirt. Let's put it this way, by the time my first rounds was up which took under 60 days I had seen my score jump almost 60 plus points on two of the bureaus and I could not believe how many corrections and deletions were accomplished on my credit file because of The Credit Pros. It was great to see that along the way. To this day I never stop thanking them by e mail and phone. Sincerely G.A

  I had an appointment to speak with someone about their services and how they will help. I told them that at this moment I was unable to afford it due to my circumstances but I would revisit because I was interested. She set me up with another appointment to get it figured out if we were going to officially move forward or not, she stated that “they would put a penny hold on my account” so they do not lose my place with that credit builder. I said that was fine. I received a message a few days later stating that they were taking out $119 on the 13th but it was never authorized. I called to cancel because I didn’t not want to continue and was ASSURED that the money wouldn’t be taken out and that it would not happen. My “agent” contacted me the next day and told me that she still planned on calling today to discuss and I informed her that it would not be necessary since I cancelled the day before. I checked my bank account and the $119 was STILL taken out!! Of course I called and they are processing the refund but it still will take 5 days or more to get that back into my account. As a single mother with rent and bills, respectfully these people are trash. That money was never suppose to be taken out and they had it on a recorded line that I did not authorize this full payment and they still took it. I now have to wait 5 or more days to go to the grocery store. Still debating on taking legal matters because this is ridiculous and I am not the only one they have done this to. Taking unauthorized payments is highly illegal and considered theft regardless of if they want to process a refund.

  They are the topmost firm to take on your case! They labor very hard and speedily in fixing my credit standing in the shortest span of time. I would truly have no reservations with recommending them to anybody with unwanted pieces on their credit reports. With these kind of results who wouldn't?

  This is the first time I use the Credit Pros for any credit repair company, I was actually reluctant to do it, but, the professionalism and quick response to my concerns made me comfortable. I like when a company takes the initiative to respond back everytime with either phone calls or emails (even text messages) . Ask for Willy Rodriguez hes my go to guy!

  Excellent company!!! I have had immediate increase in my score along with a deletion of a judgement and significant collection amounts. The Credit Pros not only repair credit they will educate you and provide the tools necessary for continued success with credit scores.

  Awful I don't recommend. They didn't even do anything. I would call to go over my case and see what was being done and they never called me back. As soon as I told them I wanted to cancel they were quick to call me to keep my business. They also gave out my new number to bill collectors. I recommend just doing debt consolidation and paying everything off. All the money I paid them I could had made a deal with the collectors to pay off my debt.

  So Far the ordering process was smooth and simple and Elliott was a complete jem he walked me through the whole trade line process and helped me get the best trade for my situation will keep you posted after the trade hits my credit report.
