  I put in the loan application Saturday and as soon as they opened on Monday they contacted me! I had set up a time to finalize the loan on around lunch time, and the person I was working with was out on lunch. Megan who answered the phone went ahead and worked with me to finalize it and get me taken care of! Overall a very pleasant, kind experience and I am so happy that it went so well.

  Everyone was so friendly while waiting my turn , When I sat down all went very quickly, she explained as she went . When we closed signed papers received my check and was out ! Couldn’t have gone better ! Truly felt at ease , i left with a smile if I ever need to get things done again I will certainly go there . So Thank you , OneMain Financial .

  Worked all week with branch manager Sherry Stover at So Chas WV branch was assured repeatedly we were approved for a loan and went in Friday morning to close. Sherry wasn’t there. Girl named Jamie was to close our loan. Told us our income was not sufficient and denied us the loan after I took off work missed pay and my husband took off work to go close the loan. Will NEVER deal with OMF again.

  Excellent and very fast service. I had my loan by the next day and money was deposited in my account the next day after I signed the paper work. The CSR was very knowledgeable and very polite.

  Online app does not update your account. I made my payment on October 1st and its still not updated, it still says my October 3rd payment is still due. This also means that the points you get by making on time payments are not being received in a timely manner. I go to my online app to make payments and keep track of my account but its a total waste of time. This app needs to be updated on a regular basis to help people know what they owe and that your payment is getting applied to the total balance.
