  Can't trust them. Told them my budget, they said the payments would be where I needed them to be. Get my first bill and it is over what they said it would be. Not to mention the vehicle broke down not even 24 hours after getting it. Thank God for the warranty!!! I DO NOT recommend. I dealt with Paul.

  Keith Robinson, and Big John are two great guys to work with! They genuinely cared and worked to give me the best price for my trade-in, and to give me the price I needed on my New purchase. I’m now a part of the Todd Judy Family. I would recommend them to anyone! I went to the local competition in OH and KY, and these folks at Todd Judy in Huntington beats them by a mile!

  Bought a truck on 12/15/18 they kept it to fix a few things their sales manager promised. They took my trade in and put dealer tags on it let me drive it back home until the next week when I came back to pick my truck back up. A week turned into 2 weeks and I called, no return call so I text the salesman. Salesman Tyler said, we had to paint it but it will look immaculate. I said, I'm not rushing you guys I want it to look good. He text, I’ll keep you updated. A guy Called On 1/4 named Chris saying he was the sales manager and we want to reverse the sale. I had never spoke to this Chris before. He tells me the guy that made the deal has been fired but he will give me another vehicle at cost. I said, no way I want my truck I bought! Saturday 1/5 the GM Scott Shepherd called saying same thing wanted to roll it all back, actually said, what does it hurt you! I said, I passed up 2 other sales, you hit my credit, and now I have a LOAN! I want the truck. Can't reach them on the phone, I've begged to speak to Todd Judy and was told by Scott, I'm the GM he can't override me! What? The Charleston office and even the Huntington office won't even give me a contact for Todd. I read the Charleston Gazette article telling about the buyout of the 3 Ford dealerships and "How Todd will always be available". Right. I'm one payment in, driving their vehicle with dealer tags and now having to pay a lawyer! It's been a nightmare that’s stressing me out big time! Todd Judy, research this and do the right thing.

  Mr. Shull, we are sorry that the bank was unwilling to complete the original loan we had applied for. Obviously, it is no benefit to us to be unable to sell you a vehicle. Todd Judy was at the dealership on Monday as you requested to meet you in person. We understand you were unable to make it. We have made multiple employees available at various times to attempt to discuss this with you, but we do not have the power to force the hand of the Financing Companies.

  I wish I could give them a zero score and their commercial on the radio is nothing but lies. Hassle free and stress free. 2 solid hours to buy a car they want off their lot that's higher priced than the one you want. I'm not buying a car without test driving it also. Not to mention I still fill uncomfortable about the way I was treated by these men.

  We’re very sorry we were not able to find a bank that was willing to give us an approval that would work. If it were up to us, everyone would get approved.

  Had a wonderful experience at Todd Judy Ford of Huntington. Lorena was our sales person, she is very attentive and actually takes the time to listen. We will definitely recommend our friends and family, because we were treated like family.

  I have bought two cars from Todd Judy and the service has been wonderful both times. My transmission went out of my current vehicle and Mike Crabtree gave me a great deal on 2019 Ford Fiesta STI. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Todd Judy Ford!

  Okay this review is probably going to shock a lot of people that will be reading this but I can't be more happy than what I am now. This is my experience with Todd Judy Ford in Huntington WV. Back in 2019 on February 7th I came in first time ever buying from a car lot. I spoke with this man named Gary. He lied straight to my face about the vehicle I was interested. Well fast forward to now. I went to South point Ford that's when I found out the truth about my "dream car" I was in distraught and couldn't believe what I was told. Decided to go back to Todd Judy Ford and I just can't believe what they did for me!!! I showed them the paperwork that South point printed off for me. Lorena understood what I was going through and how I felt on the situation because Gary did the same to her. Lorena traded my "dream car" (paid almost the full amount that I owe on my "dream car") and got me into my actual dream car!! 2019 Ford ecosport se with only 240 miles!! this for sure will be my forever car and I am very grateful for every one that tried to make sure that I was taking care of. Lorena is very honest, upfront, helpful, kind, and caring. I believe that if she believes that if she doesn't feel safe in a vehicle with her children she will not sell you that car!! Lorena is your lady when you go to Todd Judy Ford!! Oh yes I also have bumper bumper warranty, powertrain warranty, six years to a hundred thousand miles warranty on oil, tires, and tire rotation. I cannot express how thankful and happy I am!! Thank you again Todd Judy Ford you are the greatest!!
